Added the ReferenceLibrary class. This makes creating all files for MS2Query easy and allows for running MS2Query.
The tutorial notebook shows how a library can be generated. Input needed is a spectrum file + ms2ds model.
Don't get scared by all the file changes, they are only moving and renaming files ;)
I cleanly separated my code from the database code, but also split the code needed for running the final MS2Query from the code needed for the experimenting fase.
Now the core MS2Query is just 5 classes:
